Rich Dad’s Prophecy by Robert T Kiyosaki

Now, I wanna  share the Section one of Rich Dad’s Prophecy book written by Robert T Kiyosaki with Sharon L. Lechter, CPA.

This book highly recommended for a true investor  and business owner.

Rich Dad-nya Kiyosaki membagi kelas status sosial menjadi 3 kelas dan masing- masing kelas sebenarnya melakukan investasi hanya saja dengan cara yang berbeda.

Rich Class invest in good financial education, build business, property and all kind investation that making money.

Middle Class invest in good education so they can get high paying job and they can save the paycheck.

Poor Class invest in kids, trusting that their kids will takecare of them in their old age (sounds familiar with “Banyak anak banyak rejeki ?”)

Rich Dad says, “If you wanna be rich, invest at all three classes, do not try to skip over any of the 1st two investment.

If you want to be rich, you must invest more not less than the 1st two groups.

All I need is my daddy and mommy not their money”

Investing on all three levels is a full time job.

The Middle Class doesn’t get rich is because of the lack of financial education. The lower your financial IQ, the more at risk you put your money. That is why the middle class focuses on saving money while the rich focus on investing money. If you want to invest in the investments of the rich, I’m recommending you continue to invest in your financial education.

A large market crash only frightens people with a limited financial education. A large market crash is the best time to get rich from those with a strong financial education.

As Rich Dad often said, “If you get a strong financial education you are not  worried about markets going up or down. You’re just happy they are going up and down.

Giving poor people (money.red) only creates more poor people. Termasuk didalamnya Bantuan Langsung Tunai ???

You may notice that the people being left behind financially are often the people who stick in old ways of thinking in doing things.

Professional investors knows to cut their losses quickly.

Professional Investors are not afraid to admit they made a mistake quickly.

Professional investors are not into saving face, they are into saving money.

As Warren Buffet said,” Make the market your servant not your guide. The market like the Lord help those who help themselves. The market is there only as a reference point to see if anybody is offering to do something foolish. The dumbest reason in the world to buy a stock is because it’s going up and to sell a stock because it’s going down.
